If you are not happy with SourcePRD, contact us within 14 days of any charge — a first payment or a renewal, monthly or yearly — and we will refund it in full.
Send us a message through the contact form on our homepage, or reply to your Paddle receipt email, including the email address you subscribed with. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
