SourcePRD is a product of SOFTLINK LTD. We keep refunds simple.
Basic subscriptions start with a 40-day free trial, on monthly and yearly cycles alike. We take your card details when you subscribe and charge nothing during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are never billed and there is nothing to refund.
When the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown on the pricing page and continues until you cancel. We will only ever charge the price you agreed to.
Premium and the Premium add-on do not include a free trial — they are charged from the start, and covered by the 14-day refund below like any other charge.
If you are not happy with SourcePRD, contact us within 14 days of any charge — a first payment or a renewal, monthly or yearly — and we will refund it in full.
Send us a message through the contact form on our homepage, or reply to your Paddle receipt email, including the email address you subscribed with. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, from Subscription inside the app. Cancelling during a Basic free trial stops it before any charge is taken. Otherwise cancelling stops all future renewal charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
